* 'Danger of war' exists with Iran: Sarkozy

PARIS, Dec 12, 2007 (AFP) - French President Nicolas Sarkozy said in a magazine interview that there is a risk of war with Iran if Israel considers its security seriously threatened by Tehran.

"The problem for us is not so much the risk that the Americans launch a military intervention, but that the Israelis consider their security to be truly threatened," Sarkozy told Le Nouvel Observateur in an issue to appear Thursday.  "The danger of a war exists," he said.
